Unused balance held in your WoAgency wallet can be refunded upon request. Refunds are returned to the same payment source used for the original deposit, whether bank transfer (SWIFT), card, USDT or a local Turkish payment method. Transaction or transfer fees that are not recoverable by us may be deducted from the refunded amount. Currency conversion is applied at the rate in effect on the date the refund is processed.
Amounts already spent on an advertising platform cannot be refunded, as those funds have been consumed by the platform for media delivery. Unspent balance still sitting in an ad account may be reviewed for return to your wallet or refund upon request. We assess each request based on the platform's own settlement and reconciliation records for that account. The applicable amount is confirmed with you before any transfer is made.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account or by contacting us. Access remains active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and automatic renewal stops from that point onward. There is no registration fee and no setup fee, so cancellation carries no exit charge. Any wallet balance remaining after cancellation continues to be subject to the wallet refund terms above.

Please include your company or account identity, the transaction reference for the payment concerned, the amount and the currency. If the payment source has changed, let us know so we can agree on the correct return route. Your request is reviewed as soon as possible after we receive it, and the outcome is communicated to you.
The commission applied to a deposit or a transfer to an ad account is shown to you before you confirm the transaction. There is no registration fee and no setup fee at WoAgency. Commission charged on amounts already spent on a platform is considered earned and is not refunded; commission on an unused amount that is returned to you is handled together with that refund. Every wallet movement is recorded in your account so that deposits, transfers, commissions and refunds can be reconciled at any time.
