खाता डेटा (नाम, व्यावसायिक ईमेल, कंपनी का नाम), लेनदेन रिकॉर्ड (जमा, टॉप-अप, सदस्यता), सहायता वार्तालाप, तकनीकी लॉग (IP पता, टाइमस्टैम्प, सुरक्षा घटनाएँ) और आपके द्वारा सेट की गई प्राथमिकताएँ (भाषा, समय क्षेत्र)। हम कार्ड नंबर एकत्र या संग्रहीत नहीं करते — कार्ड भुगतान पूरी तरह हमारे PCI-DSS अनुरूप भुगतान प्रदाता द्वारा संभाले जाते हैं, और हमें केवल भुगतान की पुष्टि और अंतिम चार अंक मिलते हैं।
अनुबंधित सेवाएँ प्रदान करने (वॉलेट, विज्ञापन खाते, कैंपेन), कानूनी और लेखा दायित्व पूरे करने, प्लेटफ़ॉर्म को सुरक्षित रखने (धोखाधड़ी और दुरुपयोग की रोकथाम, लॉगिन प्रयास सीमित करना) और सेवा संबंधी जानकारी भेजने के लिए। हम व्यक्तिगत डेटा नहीं बेचते और इस साइट पर तृतीय-पक्ष विज्ञापन ट्रैकर नहीं चलाते — केवल लॉगिन सत्र और प्राथमिकताओं के लिए आवश्यक ज़रूरी कुकीज़।
डेटा केवल उन प्रोसेसर के साथ साझा किया जाता है जो सेवा देने के लिए आवश्यक हैं: हमारा भुगतान प्रदाता और बैंकिंग साझेदार, वे विज्ञापन प्लेटफ़ॉर्म जिन पर खाते बनाए जाते हैं (खाता बनाने के लिए आवश्यक व्यावसायिक विवरण), और डेटा-प्रोसेसिंग अनुबंधों के तहत इन्फ़्रास्ट्रक्चर प्रदाता।
लेनदेन रिकॉर्ड वाणिज्यिक और कर कानून द्वारा आवश्यक अवधि तक रखे जाते हैं; सहायता और लॉग डेटा अधिकतम 24 महीने तक। डेटा को ट्रांज़िट एन्क्रिप्शन, हैश की गई क्रेडेंशियल, एक्सेस नियंत्रण और ऑडिट लॉगिंग से सुरक्षित रखा जाता है।

To provide agency ad accounts and reporting, our business applications connect to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through the Meta Marketing API and Business Manager API, and similarly to Google and TikTok. Through these connections we receive business portfolio and ad account identifiers, campaign structure and performance figures (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions), credit line allocation records, pixel identifiers and event counts, and comments left on the advertisements we manage. We use this data only to provision and operate the accounts you contracted with us, to reconcile spend and invoice you, to keep spend within agreed limits, and to moderate comments on our ads. We do not sell it, we do not use it to build profiles of individuals, and we do not share it with anyone other than the processors named above. Access is limited to our own staff and system users and is logged.
Platform data is kept for as long as your account relationship with us lasts and is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request; comment texts are kept for up to 24 months. Invoices and ledger entries are retained for the period required by commercial and tax law. You can revoke our access at any time from your own Meta Business Settings by removing our business as a partner or removing our application, and you can request deletion by following the Data Deletion Instructions page linked below. We use platform data in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, the Google Ads API terms and the TikTok Marketing API terms.
