تُشغّل EKOSEPET ONLINE ALIŞVERİŞ REKLAM DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ PAZARLAMA TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ هذه المنصة من Esentepe Mah. Kasap Sk. Altınay İş Merkezi No: 8-10, İç Kapı No: 7, Şişli / İstanbul. ونحن المتحكم في البيانات الشخصية التي تُعالَج عبر المنصة.
بيانات الحساب (الاسم، البريد الإلكتروني للعمل، اسم الشركة)، وسجلات المعاملات (الإيداع، الشحن، الاشتراك)، ومحادثات الدعم، والسجلات التقنية (عنوان IP، الطوابع الزمنية، الأحداث الأمنية)، والتفضيلات التي تحددها (اللغة، المنطقة الزمنية). لا نجمع أرقام البطاقات ولا نخزّنها — فمدفوعات البطاقات يعالجها بالكامل مزوّد الدفع المتوافق مع PCI-DSS، ولا نتلقى سوى تأكيد الدفع وآخر أربعة أرقام.
لتقديم الخدمات المتعاقد عليها (المحفظة، الحسابات الإعلانية، الحملات)، والوفاء بالالتزامات القانونية والمحاسبية، وتأمين المنصة (منع الاحتيال وإساءة الاستخدام، تقييد محاولات تسجيل الدخول)، وإرسال معلومات الخدمة. نحن لا نبيع البيانات الشخصية ولا نشغّل أدوات تتبع إعلانية تابعة لجهات خارجية على هذا الموقع — بل نستخدم فقط ملفات تعريف الارتباط الضرورية لجلسات تسجيل الدخول والتفضيلات.
لا تُشارَك البيانات إلا مع معالجي البيانات اللازمين لتقديم الخدمة: مزوّد الدفع والشركاء المصرفيون، ومنصات الإعلان التي تُنشأ عليها الحسابات (بيانات الشركة المطلوبة لإنشاء الحساب)، ومزوّدو البنية التحتية بموجب اتفاقيات معالجة البيانات.
تُحفظ سجلات المعاملات طوال المدة التي يقتضيها القانون التجاري والضريبي؛ أما بيانات الدعم والسجلات فتُحفظ حتى 24 شهرًا. وتُحمى البيانات بالتشفير أثناء النقل، وتجزئة بيانات الاعتماد، وضوابط الوصول، وسجلات التدقيق.
يمكنك طلب الاطلاع على بياناتك الشخصية أو تصحيحها أو تصديرها أو حذفها، والاعتراض على معالجتها أو تقييدها، عبر التواصل مع info@viq.com.tr. وإذا كنت في الاتحاد الأوروبي/المنطقة الاقتصادية الأوروبية أو في تركيا (KVKK)، فلك أيضًا الحق في تقديم شكوى إلى الجهة الرقابية المختصة.
To provide agency ad accounts and reporting, our business applications connect to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through the Meta Marketing API and Business Manager API, and similarly to Google and TikTok. Through these connections we receive business portfolio and ad account identifiers, campaign structure and performance figures (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions), credit line allocation records, pixel identifiers and event counts, and comments left on the advertisements we manage. We use this data only to provision and operate the accounts you contracted with us, to reconcile spend and invoice you, to keep spend within agreed limits, and to moderate comments on our ads. We do not sell it, we do not use it to build profiles of individuals, and we do not share it with anyone other than the processors named above. Access is limited to our own staff and system users and is logged.
Platform data is kept for as long as your account relationship with us lasts and is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request; comment texts are kept for up to 24 months. Invoices and ledger entries are retained for the period required by commercial and tax law. You can revoke our access at any time from your own Meta Business Settings by removing our business as a partner or removing our application, and you can request deletion by following the Data Deletion Instructions page linked below. We use platform data in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, the Google Ads API terms and the TikTok Marketing API terms.
