Account data (name, business email, company name), transaction records (deposits, top-ups, subscriptions), support conversations, technical logs (IP address, timestamps, security events) and the preferences you set (language, timezone). We do not collect or store card numbers — card payments are handled entirely by our PCI-DSS compliant payment provider, and we receive only a payment confirmation and the last four digits.
To provide the contracted services (wallet, ad accounts, campaigns), to meet legal and accounting obligations, to secure the platform (fraud and abuse prevention, login throttling), and to communicate service information. We do not sell personal data and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site — only essential cookies required for login sessions and preferences.
Data is shared only with processors necessary to deliver the service: our payment provider and banking partners, the advertising platforms on which accounts are provisioned (business details required for account creation), and infrastructure providers under data-processing agreements.
Transaction records are retained as long as required by commercial and tax law; support and log data for up to 24 months. Data is protected with encryption in transit, hashed credentials, access controls and audit logging.
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data, and object to or restrict processing, by contacting info@viq.com.tr. If you are in the EU/EEA or Türkiye (KVKK), you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
To provide agency ad accounts and reporting, our business applications connect to Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through the Meta Marketing API and Business Manager API, and similarly to Google and TikTok. Through these connections we receive business portfolio and ad account identifiers, campaign structure and performance figures (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions), credit line allocation records, pixel identifiers and event counts, and comments left on the advertisements we manage. We use this data only to provision and operate the accounts you contracted with us, to reconcile spend and invoice you, to keep spend within agreed limits, and to moderate comments on our ads. We do not sell it, we do not use it to build profiles of individuals, and we do not share it with anyone other than the processors named above. Access is limited to our own staff and system users and is logged.
Platform data is kept for as long as your account relationship with us lasts and is deleted within 30 days of a deletion request; comment texts are kept for up to 24 months. Invoices and ledger entries are retained for the period required by commercial and tax law. You can revoke our access at any time from your own Meta Business Settings by removing our business as a partner or removing our application, and you can request deletion by following the Data Deletion Instructions page linked below. We use platform data in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, the Google Ads API terms and the TikTok Marketing API terms.
