WoAgency (operated by EKOSEPET ONLINE ALIŞVERİŞ REKLAM DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ PAZARLAMA TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ) provides agency advertising accounts and reporting. To do that, our business applications connect to advertising platforms, including Meta (Facebook and Instagram) through the Meta Marketing API and Business Manager API. This page explains how you can have the data we obtained through those connections deleted. Our applications do not offer a consumer login; we hold business data only.
For each customer business we may hold: business portfolio and ad account identifiers and names, campaign, ad set and ad identifiers with their performance figures (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions), credit line allocation records, pixel identifiers and event counts, and comments left on the advertisements we manage. This data is stored in our own operations systems and is used only to provide the contracted service, reconcile spend and invoice you.
Send an email to info@agencywo.com with the subject "Data deletion request". Include the name of your business, your Meta business portfolio ID and/or ad account IDs, and the email address registered on your WoAgency account. The request must come from an admin of that business portfolio or from the registered account email; we will verify this before acting. You can also write to us on WhatsApp at +90 530 425 17 56 and we will guide you through the same steps.
We confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days. Platform data (account, campaign, metric, pixel and comment records) is deleted from our systems and our applications stop reading data for the affected accounts. Records that commercial and tax law require us to keep, such as invoices and ledger entries, are retained for the statutory period only, and are detached from the platform identifiers once the deletion is done. When the process is complete you receive an email confirmation with a reference number.
Independently of a deletion request, you can cut our access at any time from your own Meta Business Settings: remove our business as a partner from the assets you shared, or remove our application from your portfolio. Access ends immediately; data already held by us is then subject to the deletion process above. Questions about this page go to info@agencywo.com.
