EKOSEPET ONLINE ALIŞVERİŞ REKLAM DANIŞMANLIK HİZMETLERİ PAZARLAMA TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ ("we", "the platform") provides managed agency advertising accounts and related wallet, payment and campaign-management services for supported advertising platforms including Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Snapchat, Bing, Outbrain, Taboola, NewsBreak and MediaGo. We are an independent service provider and are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by these platforms.
The service is offered to businesses only. You must provide accurate company information, verify your email address, and keep your credentials secure. We may require additional verification before activating deposits or provisioning accounts. Advertising through provisioned accounts must comply with the advertising policies of the relevant platform and with applicable law.
The minimum wallet deposit is $1,000 (or its EUR/GBP equivalent). Deposits by bank transfer and USDT are credited after verification; card deposits are credited on successful authorisation. Ad-account top-ups carry a platform fee (currently 3–4% depending on the network) disclosed before confirmation. Loyalty cashback is credited to the wallet instantly at the rate of your current tier. Wallet balances are prepayments for services and are not deposits within the meaning of banking regulation.
Subscription plans renew monthly and are charged from your wallet. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices for new billing cycles may change with prior notice.
You may not use the service to advertise illegal products or services, deceptive or misleading offers, or content that violates the policies of the advertising platforms. We may suspend accounts used for such purposes and report unlawful activity where required.
Unused wallet balances are refundable on request to the original payment source, less irrecoverable processing costs. Account replacement requests are handled free of charge as part of the service; remaining ad-account balances are transferred to the replacement account.
We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. We are not liable for decisions taken by the advertising platforms (including account reviews or restrictions), for your campaign results, or for indirect losses. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.
